The CYMA^IV Sales Order module (SO) provides a robust sales order system fully integrated with General Ledger, Inventory Control and Accounts Receivable. The Sales Order module provides many pricing options - an advanced "variable definition price matrix", product, warehouse and alternate.

The "variable definition price matrix" allows customers to custom-define their own rows and columns in the price matrix. The rows and columns in the Price Matrix may be defined as:

• Customer Type
• Customer Price Category
• Product Type
• Product Line
• Product Price Category
• Sales Rep
• Customer Type
• Terms Code

Sales Order module integrates with Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and, optionally, the Inventory Control module. The Accounts Receivable module is required.
