Step 2: Setup a "Per Unit Amount" Rate Table

1. Go to Maintain Benefits / Benefit Rate Tables in Human Resources
2. Create a new Fixed - Two Column table (here we've named UNITS)
3. Leave the Data Source in Row Definition as Gender, though any Data Source type will work for this example
4. Choose Amount Per Unit in Value In Cells and give the Unit Basis Amount a value of $1 (this amount will be overridden later when we enroll employees in the benefit)
5. Save the Benefit Rate Table
