AR Reports Accounts Receivable Cash Expectations Report columns now displays date rather than date & time stamp.
AR Enter Invoices Copying an AR Invoice containing a payment now correctly resets all payment fields to blanks on the newly created invoice record.
AR Reports Corrected the Accounts Receivable NSF Listing where the report was incorrectly grouping information.
AR Enter Payments When posting a payment with part of the amount paid on account in AR Enter Payments, the unapplied invoice created wasn't using the correct unapplied invoice number. 
ATFPR Reports The Payroll Journal Summary now shows the Check Date in the page header.
ATFPR Other The Electronic W-2 registration wasn't being recognized in After-The-Fact Payroll when there wasn't a full Payroll module installed.
JC Process WIP to COGS Printing the WIP to COGS proof report was resulting in an Unknown Query Engine error.
Other Other eDesk Control Center now remembers menu position and width correctly.
PO Enter Purchase Orders Corrected an issue where "Copy Purchase Order" function would occasionally shuffle the order in which the lines were entered.
PO Process Print Purchase Orders The "Quantity on PO" total stored at the product/warehouse level was incorrectly being updated if the user cancelled the printing of the PO and there was a purchasing unit of measure greater than 1.00.
PO Process Close Purchase Orders The "Quantity on PO" was incorrectly being updated when closing a PO Return from the Process Close Purchase Orders dialog.
PR Process Client Billing In Client Billing, a progress bar has been added when using the "Find Now" function.
PR Process Client Billing Changing a value in a "Misc Charges" row will now automatically select the "Invoice?" option if not already selected.
PR Maintain Clients Added two sort options (Feature Type and Billable?) to the Feature tab of Maintain Clients.  Selecting "Billable?" while in the view mode will result in all billable features to float to the top of the grid. 
PR Process Client Billing Corrected a display-only problem in the Process Billing grid where an "Employee Amount - Credit" being billed in detail would move to the summary column after pressing the Detail button and then returning to the main grid.
PR Process Client Billing Corrected the display-only problem of dropping the year portion of the Period End Date filter in Process Billing after a specific combination of keystrokes.
PR Maintain Clients Maintain Clients now has a Copy Billing button allowing all billing values to be copied to another client.
PR Process Payroll Forms A user will now see all clients that will not be processed in a single message when selecting the "Grouping by Client" option in Process Payroll Forms. 
PR Process Client Billing Added client invoice total buckets to the Process Billing dialog for: Feature Costs; Miscellaneous Charges;  Flat Fee per Employee and a resulting Invoice Total.
PR Process Client Billing Fixed a grid refresh problem in Process Billing when performing a Find Now using the "Only Misc. Charges" Calc. Method and then switching to another Calc. Method.
PR Process Client Billing The user can now repeat the same Product ID plus override the Product Description if needed in the Miscellaneous Charges grid in Process Billing.  This allows the user to set up fewer products for defining Misc. Charges.
PR Maintain Client Billing Configuration The user can now make changes in Maintain Billing Configuration and then copy these new values to a range of existing clients instead of making the same changes to each client individually.
PR Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry Added Company % and Employee % columns to the Pre-Tax Deduction grid in the Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry.
PR Process Client Billing The 3 Process Billing proof reports now print in the same sequence as listed on the dialog.
PR Process Client Billing Check Numbers and Check Dates selection filters were added in Process Billing when using the "Actuals" Calc. Method. 
PR Maintain Clients Customers can now be auto-created while in the edit mode of Maintain Clients.
PR Process Post Checks to GL The account numbers were not showing on the Post Payroll to GL Proof listing if this company is posting journal entries to another company.
PR Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry Employee Feature Status Inquiry dialog now includes an "Employee" button that will display the employee record.
PR Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry More rate columns including Hourly Rate and dynamic sort options (based on feature group type)were added to the Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry grid.
PR Process Client Billing Corrected the problem of Non-Taxable Earning features being excluded in Process Billing.
PR Process Client Billing Enhanced Process Billing to allow billing tax features such as SUTA & FUTA even thought the employee is over the wage base limit. 
PR Process Client Billing The user is no longer required to enter a negative markup percent  when billing "Taxable Wages."
PR Process Calculate Payroll In Process Calculate Payroll the program will now keep the focus on the selected employee after using one of the buttons (Exclude, Generate, Enter Payroll, etc.) in the top of the dialog .
PR Maintain Employees Added an "Include Only Employees With Matching Calc Method" checkbox to the Copy Feature in Maintain Employees for greater flexibility and to reduce the chance of selection error.
PR Process Client Billing Shorten the Billing Description to 100 characters and write this value to the Payroll Billing header file (Pr_Bill2.dat) for easy inclusion on custom reports and invoices plus discontinue creating a text line in the AR Invoice grid for the billing description.
PR Process Client Billing Creating an AR Invoice from Process Billing will now copy the frequency type, period dates and check dates into the AR header reference fields depending on the Calc Method chosen.
PR Maintain Clients An optional Employee ID was added to the Misc. Charges grid in Maintain Clients in order to identify charges being billed for specific employees.
PR Process Client Billing An optional Employee ID was added to the Misc. Charges grid in Process Billing in order to identify charges being billed for specific employees.  Ex: Billing for a specific employee's drug test.
PR Process Client Billing Billing a markup in summary now displays the correct markup dollar amount on the detail Client Billing Proof report.
PR Maintain Configuration Fixed the sporadic problem in PR Maintain Config where the "Exclude From Departmentalization" setting on some features wasn't being saved correctly. 
PR Process Client Billing Fixed the "Record Modified Error" in the Flat Fee per Employee grid in Process Billing the user would receive when highlighting or editing the row.
PR Process Print 941 Form Updated the 941 form for the year 2013.
PR Reports Updated the 941 Reconciliation form for the year 2013.
PR Process Client Billing The PSO - Client's feature name will now show on the Client Billing Detail Proof report instead of the feature name from the PSO - Parent.
PR Process Client Billing Corrected the Client Billing Detail proof report if an Adjustment was entered for one employee the report was adding this same adjustment amount to all employees for this client thereby overstating the client totals.
PR Process Client Billing The employee's current Position Description at the time the Create Invoices button is pressed is now written to the Payroll Bill Header file for easy retrieval on custom reports and invoices.

PR Maintain Clients At the client level, the user will now be able to signify if a change to the Client's name, address, phone numbers or email address should also be updated on their corresponding customer's record when saving the client record.
PR Maintain Employees Corrected the issue in Maintain Employees where the tabbing sequence skipped over the "Distribute Salary Based Upon Hours" field.
PR Maintain Employees A Non-Taxable Earnings feature such as Mileage Reimbursement was displaying a rounded two-digit precision rate instead of four in Maintain Employees while in the view mode.
PR Maintain Employees Corrected an issue where using the Copy Feature on the Workers Comp feature was resulting in the wrong Rate option being copied to the selected employees.
PR Process Payroll Forms Corrected an assertion error and an outdated message that occurs in Process Payroll Forms when using the Group by Clients option.
PR Process Electronic Funds Transfers - Prenotificati Employees marked as inactive are no longer included in prenote files.
PR Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry "Employee Name" (First, MI & Last) is now included in the CSV export of the Employee Feature Status Inquiry.
PR Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry Rate fields were added to the Enter Employee Feature Status Inquiry grid. The rate fields can be exported to CSV when the feature type chosen is a Pre-Tax, Tax or Other Deduction.
PR Process Client Billing Added a Pr_BillXRef.dat  file which gets updated every time the Create Invoice button is pressed.  This file links the Payroll billing line file and AR Invoice line which now makes all payroll billing information available to AR reports and invoices.  In addition the Employee, Location and Department Names have been added to the PR billing header file for easily extracting this information to custom reports and invoices. 
PR Maintain Billing Configuration An optional Employee ID was added to the Misc. Charges grid in Maintain Billing Config in order to identify charges being billed for specific employees.
PR Maintain Clients Corrected the problem of not including the Client's e-mail address when auto-creating a customer from Maintain Clients.
PR Process Calculate Payroll The detail Proof report in Process Calculate Payroll was not showing all 4-digit precision on a Non-Taxable Earnings feature such as Mileage Reimbursement.
PR Process Print Checks The Payroll check stub was not showing 4-digit precision on a Non-Taxable Earning feature such as Mileage Reimbursement.
PR Maintain Billing Configuration Added an "Excess Wages" option to the Markup Applies To column for tax features in Maintain Billing Configuration.   
PR Maintain Clients Added an "Excess Wages" option to the Markup Applies To column for tax features in Maintain Clients.   
PR Process Client Billing Added  "Excess Wages" calculation logic to Process Billing for tax features so defined in Billing Config and Maintain Clients.  Process Billing will now bill the customer based on this option. 
PR Process Client Billing Invoices originating from Process Client Billing will use the Customer Ship-To record that is currently flagged as the default Client Billing  when creating the invoice.
SM System General Import The Payroll Transactions General Import will now use the rate defined on the Non-Taxable Earnings feature (like mileage reimbursement) if the rate field is left blank on the import.
SM System General Import When importing a client the program will now also pull in the values entered on the Feature tab of Maintain Billing Configuration.
SM Other Developed a utility to convert Version 12 PR Client SUTA fields to the CYMA 13 Client grid.
SM Maintain Users The user will no longer see the pseudo- modules such as Accounts Receivable EFT, Accounts Payable EFT, Electronic W-2 Processing, etc. in the Bookmark Information Module dropdown in SM Maintain Users.
SM Maintain Company The Copy button is now disabled on Maintain Company if this company is defined as a "Payroll Service Parent" in the Processing Category field. This is due to the fact there can only be one company designated as a PSO - Parent.
SM Maintain Customer Added a Default Client Billing Location field to the Customer Ship-To dialog to signify which Ship-to address to use when creating an invoice from Process Billing. 
SO Enter Sales Orders Copying a sales order containing a payment now correctly resets all payment fields to blanks on the newly created sales order record.
SO Process Batch Shipments Corrected the problem of an order not being able to ship in Process Batch Shipments if the quantity being shipped for a specific product in a specific warehouse equals the current Quantity on Hand in that warehouse when the user doesn't allow their Quantities on Hand to go negative (IC Config).
SO Process Shipments Corrected the issue where Process Shipments would default an incorrect remaining freight amount on subsequent shipments of an order.  
SO Process Post Payments to AR Corrected the problem of CYMA failing if a user was attempting to Post Payments to AR and another user is in an operation that locks the EFT ID file (Sm_FtdID.dat)
