The requirement to produce and distribute 1095 (B or C) forms to your workforce depends on the number of Full Time Equivalent employees, employed over a specific, defined look back period. CYMA provides a tool called Employee Hours Status Inquiry to help estimate the full time equivalent status of a work force.

1095-C / 1094-C ACA Forms

CYMA Payroll Software supports the 1095-C and 1094-C forms (and 1095-B and 1094-B for self insured organizations) with printing and eFile options. The process validates data and will populate the appropriate forms with data pulled from CYMA Payroll using entered or imported values for Offer of Coverage codes, Employee Share of Lowest Cost*, Safe Harbor Codes*. The process works like a spreadsheet so values can be entered or imported throughout the year and saved as the year progresses.
