Step 3: Copy Feature

If you have not already used the Payroll Copy Feature, it is incredibly easy and powerful. Locate the employee that you established the 401k pre-tax deduction for and choose Copy Feature. CYMA gives you three options:

Copy the new 401k Payroll feature in Step 2 to all employees; if you need to exclude employees based on eligibility, we will get to that in the next step.
