Error 126 loading GLCheck.dll - AVAST Anti-Virus (AV) Software Update

Customers using AVAST Anti-Virus software have been reporting an "Error 126 loading GLCheck.dll" after after applying an AVAST Update. If you are receiving this issue, please resolve it using the steps below.

Options to Repair CYMA Login process:

  1. Logout of CYMA
  2. Disable AV Software (AVAST for 10 minutes)
  3. Run repair of CYMA program in Control Panel Programs and Features
  4. Enter AV Software Exclusions for CYMA main system data path and local system data path
  5. Re-enable the AV Software (AVAST)
  6. Login to CYMA.
