Workstation eDesk Produces Internet Explorer Security Warnings

When running a Workstation install of CYMA 14, some users may receive one of the following messages in eDesk after the login screen has been completed:



PLEASE NOTE: these messages are related only to the functioning of the new Control Center within eDesk and do not have adverse affects on the functioning of the CYMA Accounting application itself.

It has been determined that the Workstation Install is not laying down the eDTemplates folder when UPGRADING from a previous version of CYMA.  If this is a new install, the problem will not occur.

SOLUTION:  Uninstall the previous version of the CYMA Workstation install BEFORE loading the Version 14 Workstation install.  By doing this, a local copy of the eDesk will be installed and the above errors will go away.
